My Forbearance should be immediately reinstated and extended under the *** guidelines. 10 requests via phone, uploading to their portal, and email and not one reply! My Loss *************** is in "completed but pending review" status. In the application I was required to submit an affidavit and I explained the error they made and requested again for a supervisor to review the call on and call me to discuss. I was asked to submit a full loss mitigation package which I have done and uploaded to their loan solutions portal. I have asked that a supervisor call me 10 different occasions and I have asked that the call on be listened to to verify I did make contact as requested to extend. I have an *** loan and am entitled to 12 months Forbearance. I contacted them Feb 27th 2023 to extend the forbearance. They kicked me out of my forbearance stating no contact with borrower.
